A 15 min introductory call for you to get to know me to see whether you want to pursue another plan. Ask me a few questions and gain an understanding about my technique to see if we would work well together.

Honestly, you probably want more than 5 minutes! Want help with laundry/time for a shower/assistance getting out of the house/something else? I may be able to help, you can book by the hour.

An hour consultation to discuss strategies that may help and to offer advice and guidance. Ask questions and get specific answers alongside some helpful tips and advice.

2 hours of support and hands-on guidance within your familiar surroundings. We cover all that you would in an online consultation, but you also receive hands-on guidance and support.

For either 10 or 12 hours, I can join you for the long night shifts. Whether it is most helpful for you to have me do all the overnight care, or to support you as you wake and care for baby, give yourself a break with this package.
